This particular role within The Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City centers on the responsibilities within the club lounge environment, specifically catering to guest seating, service quality, safety, and overall wellbeing. As a full-time, non-management position in the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category, this role requires attentive customer service skills and the ability to maintain cleanliness and operational functionality of the bar and lounge areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages including hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks while ensuring all supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained. Replenishing service items such as ice, glassware, and other essentials is a critical aspect of the job to maintain seamless lounge operations.
In addition to hospitality duties, the role involves important safety and operational tasks such as securing alcoholic beverages and storage areas, documenting relevant information in departmental logs, and proactively communicating supply and service needs to ensure smooth workflow.
