This role involves working in a club lounge setting, where hospitality and guest satisfaction are paramount. As a key member of the lounge team, the individual will monitor seating availability and service quality to ensure guest comfort and safety. The employee will be responsible for requisitioning supplies and securing all liquor and storage areas to comply with safety and regulatory standards.

This includes welcoming guests, responding to service requests, assisting individuals with disabilities, and maintaining professionalism in all verbal and written communications. The individual must document pertinent information meticulously in the department logbook and report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly.

Physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds and sustaining activity such as standing or walking for extended periods.
