Job Duties
- Monitor lounge for seating availability and guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tables
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Wash dishes and serving utensils
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Requisition and secure supplies and inventory
