- Monitor club lounge for seating availability
- Ensure service and safety of guests
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tables
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Requisition and transport supplies
- Secure liquors and storage areas
- Document information in logbook
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate effectively
- Support team goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
