The Club House Server position is an essential role within the restaurant team at Rosen Hotels & Resorts. This full-time role involves providing outstanding guest service by efficiently serving food and beverages to guests, pre-setting the restaurant for service, maintaining side workstations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of shifts. The Server acts as the face of the restaurant, greeting and seating guests professionally, taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly, and offering menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the Server is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly dining area by clearing tables and assisting with guest requests throughout the meal. This role requires a friendly and courteous demeanor, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service.

This position requires at least six months of server experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds infrequently. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
