Job Duties
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies, and anticipate replenishment needs
- Perform opening and closing duties, including requisition and transportation of supplies
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Document information in department logbook, forecast meal requirements, communicate special requests to kitchen
