Job Requirements
- Must have full weekend availability
- Must undergo mandatory background check
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift frequently up to 35 pounds and occasionally 40 pounds
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to walk and move frequently
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
- Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and extended hours
- Comply with company safety and risk management policies

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and bar areas
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, and storage to comply with health standards
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage cabinets
- Assist bartender with maintaining supplies
- Restock bar station and transport supplies
- Wash soiled glassware
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain stocks and display food
- Receive inventory and provide beverage supplies
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Comply with all HACCP policies, safety, and risk management procedures
- Report accidents and injuries timely
- Participate in safety meetings and training
- Attend designated training programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
