The Team Leader role at Chick-fil-A is pivotal to the restaurant’s day-to-day success and overall customer experience. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively balance completing operational tasks and coaching team members to reach their full potential. The Team Leader sets the tone for the team by leading by example, providing guidance, and fostering an environment of teamwork and accountability. You will be actively involved in the high-paced, fast-moving restaurant environment, helping to maintain efficient operations, responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs, assisting in training new hires, and acting as a role model during shifts.
