We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible Closing Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly during closing hours, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. The ideal candidate for this position is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working, with a proven ability to lead and manage a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Closing Kitchen Manager at Pbody's, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing both employees and team leaders, as well as delegating tasks and ensuring accountability within the team.

Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our kitchen operations, guaranteeing that every shift ends on a positive note with all procedures correctly followed. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper cash handling, overseeing inventory and ordering systems, and maintaining overall cleanliness and security standards. Additionally, you will be expected to staff and schedule employees appropriately to control labor costs, making sure the restaurant operates efficiently without compromising quality or service standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant setting preferred
