Additionally, the position involves performing workstation duties such as preparing ingredients, making high-quality products, taking accurate orders, and assisting with closing duties including cleaning.

The role also involves handling order paperwork, executing cash management duties, and utilizing the company’s PROFIT system for transactions. Employees are encouraged to support sales efforts by suggestively selling products to increase order values and distributing promotional materials during shifts. Maintaining organized, safe, and clean work environments is critical to protect company assets and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

This position is designed for individuals who demonstrate attention to detail, a commitment to completing tasks, and the ability to focus on customer needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record, provide proof of insurance, and have access to a reliable vehicle. Additionally, team members must be cross-trained to perform various workstation duties as needed. Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
