Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
proof of insurance and a satisfactory vehicle
able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
physically able to perform duties involving lifting up to 50 pounds and other physical demands
willingness to be cross-trained and perform various workstation duties
compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
able to work in noisy and varied temperature environments
effective communication skills
punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
cash management skills
ability to learn delivery routes and follow delivery procedures
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to work in a team-oriented environment
flexible and adaptable to changing work demands
proactive and demonstrates initiative in tasks
able to comply with company uniform and appearance standards
basic proficiency with POS and order processing systems

Job Duties

Check all products for accuracy against quality standards
deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions
perform workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
execute cash management duties and use the PROFIT system
support sales efforts by suggestively selling and distributing promotional materials
maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards at all times
assist team members and support teamwork throughout shifts
complete all closing duties including cleaning
