Job Requirements
- Be at least 14 years of age
- Ability to work until 12am
- Willingness to perform all duties without limitations
- Availability for part-time or full-time shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or customer service helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work flexible hours including late-night shifts
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately
- Prepare and serve McDonald's foods and beverages to quality standards
- Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily goals
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant
- Operate kitchen and service equipment safely
- Assist with inventory and stock as needed
