Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

- Willingness to undergo background checks
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
- Capacity to operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safe chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and visitors professionally
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with organizational requirements for health and safety
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Capacity to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all public and private areas within the facility including offices, waiting areas, restrooms, and donor procedure rooms
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure the elimination of pathogens
- Regularly clean and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to the supervisor
- Adhere to all established health and safety regulations, organizational policies, and procedures related to infection control and terminal cleaning protocols
- Properly dispose of waste including biohazardous materials in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Assist in tracking and managing cleaning supplies inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for effective cleaning operations
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning activities to the Facilities Manager to ensure prompt resolution
- Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall operational needs and maintain a professional environment
