- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and manage nursing personnel
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to perform field visits
- Ability to maintain professional and collaborative mindset

Job Duties
- Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
- Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
- Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
- Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
- Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
