Maxim Healthcare operates under principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all qualified applicants receive equal employment consideration regardless of sex, gender identity, race, ethnicity, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Maxim Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team as a Clinical Supervisor specifically for home health services in Needham, Massachusetts. Offering a competitive base pay ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 annually with an additional $5,000 annual bonus potential, this role presents an excellent opportunity for an RN looking to elevate their nursing career beyond traditional bedside care. The role of Clinical Supervisor blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership, making it a dynamic and fulfilling career path for nurses seeking growth and greater responsibility. The RN in this position will not only oversee clinical care from patient admission through to discharge but also manage care delivery, supervise and mentor nursing personnel, conduct caregiver orientation and competency assessments, and lead ongoing training and education initiatives. The job requires both office-based responsibilities and field duties, including home visits, enabling the supervisor to maintain a hands-on approach to patient care while guiding and supporting staff.

This role emphasizes building lasting relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to enable consistent, high-quality care. It also promotes a supportive and collaborative organizational culture that values the contribution of every team member, fostering professional growth and ongoing development. The Clinical Supervisor will also benefit from expense reimbursements for mileage and cell phone use, as well as flexible scheduling options after training is completed. Minim Healthcare’s recognition programs honor the impact made by employees, encouraging a rewarding work environment.

Ideal candidates will bring active RN licensure in the applicable state, a minimum of one year of nursing experience with supervisory experience considered a strong asset.
