Job Description
UCSF Health, a leading healthcare institution committed to innovative patient care, advanced technology, and pioneering research, is seeking a dedicated clinician to join as a Mental Health Clinician in the Adult Anxiety, OCD, and Tic Disorder Clinic. This position involves providing individual and group therapy to patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and tic disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services and develop treatment plans.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited university
- Licensed in the State of California (LCSW)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Recent direct patient care experience in a mental health setting, providing cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Demonstrated ability in assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning
- Minimum of one year of experience in psychotherapy groups using cognitive behavior therapy
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work at various UCSF Medical Center locations
- CPI certification within 6 months of hire
