We are currently seeking a motivated Clinical Manager to lead our clinical departments with a focus on efficiency, quality assurance, and staff development. This role is crucial in overseeing daily operations, mentoring clinical staff, managing budgets, and supporting program growth to maintain the center's sustainability and excellence. The Clinical Manager will work closely with the management team to align clinical operations with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing revenue generation. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong critical thinking and communication skills, capable of adapting to changing surgical schedules and managing a team effectively. This is a full-time position with a unique schedule limited to weekdays only, excluding holidays, weekends, or on-call duties, though some early morning or late evening shifts may be necessary depending on surgical demands. Candidates will be expected to attend mandatory meetings and safety training, act in accordance with the center's vision and mission, and actively contribute to the center's strategic planning and program development.
