Job Description

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is a premier urgent care provider strategically located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including a key location at 2100 N. Collins St., Suite 120, Arlington, Texas. As part of the Texas Health Resources (THR) system, one of the largest and most respected healthcare networks in North Texas, Texas Health Breeze brings high-quality, convenient, and compassionate urgent care services to local communities. This center is designed to address a broad spectrum of minor illnesses and injuries such as allergies, earaches, sprains, and strains. It operates 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering accessible care when patients need it most without the extended wait times often associated with emergency rooms or traditional doctor’s offices.

The Clinical Concierge MA/LVN role at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care plays an integral part in the patient care team. This full-time position requires working three 12-hour shifts weekly, including rotating days, weekends, and holidays, from 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM. The Clinical Concierge acts as the primary guide for patients and their accompanying guests, ensuring each visit is smooth and positive from registration to discharge. By maximizing throughput and supporting clinical excellence, the Concierge helps foster a welcoming environment that prioritizes patient comfort and trust.

This position requires a blend of clinical skills and exceptional customer service capabilities. The Clinical Concierge is responsible for performing a wide range of clinical duties such as measuring and documenting vital signs, assisting healthcare providers with treatments and procedures, collecting lab specimens, and administering medications according to medical protocols. Additionally, patient registration, payment collection, scheduling referrals, and maintaining medical and office supplies fall under this role’s purview. Being adaptable and able to float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations is also necessary, ensuring flexible service delivery where it’s needed.

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is recognized for quality and patient-centered care, having received numerous prestigious awards such as the 2024 Dallas Morning News Gold Award for Best Urgent Care/Walk-in Clinic and recognition as a finalist in the Star Local Media Plano and Southlake Style Reader’s Choice Awards. The clinical staff benefits from a supportive team environment emphasizing ongoing education, innovation in nursing practice, and a strong Unit Based Council which provides opportunities for professional growth and leadership involvement. The organization embraces a culture dedicated to excellence, backed by the Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality Specialty Training Commendation which highlights specialized training and commitment to the outstanding patient experience.

Joining Texas Health Breeze as a Clinical Concierge means becoming part of a highly respected healthcare team with access to comprehensive benefits such as 401k, paid time off (PTO), medical and dental insurance, paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness programs. The role also includes unique opportunities for career development including earning contact hours during orientation that can be applied toward renewing professional medical assistant certification. Those passionate about making a meaningful difference in community health will find this position rewarding and fulfilling, working in a dynamic urgent care environment committed to improving health outcomes for North Texans.
