Job Requirements

Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
Current BLS Certification or willingness to obtain
Minimum one year experience in a medical setting preferred
Exceptions for externship or residency program with active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire
Idaho State requirements include CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT
WA state MA-C or MA-R license required and endorsed by Indigo within 30 days
Ability to work 3 x 12-hour day shifts
Willingness to work weekends
Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice

Job Qualifications

Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain through in-house training
Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred
Certification in X-Ray technology preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
Support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance
