The Clinical Concierge Licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) position at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is a full-time role based out of the Plano, Texas facility, with the flexibility to float across several urgent care sites within the Texas Health system. This role is essential in enhancing the patient experience by guiding patients and their secondary guests through urgent care visits with a focus on clinical excellence and streamlined service. Working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, often rotating through days, weekends, and holidays, the Clinical Concierge LMRT plays a multifunctional clinical role that includes performing diagnostic x-rays, assisting providers with patient care and procedures, conducting laboratory testing, and facilitating patient flow through registration, rooming, and discharge processes using the EPIC electronic health record system.

This role demands a dynamic individual capable of working effectively in a fast-paced urgent care environment while demonstrating keen clinical skills such as x-ray imaging of the chest, extremities, skull, and spine, as well as collecting vital signs and medical histories, administering medications, and assisting with minor medical procedures. The position is vital not only for ensuring patient safety and high-quality care but also for fostering trust and comfort for patients during their visit.
