The urgent care centers offer a broad range of medical services designed to treat minor illnesses and injuries such as allergies, earaches, sprains, and strains. The centers operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, ensuring accessibility when patients need care most. With minimal wait times and the ability for most patients to receive medications onsite, Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care provides a convenient, affordable, and efficient alternative to emergency room visits. As part of their strategic expansion, Texas Health Breeze is set to open 20 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, underscoring their commitment to enhancing healthcare accessibility for the rapidly growing population.

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care has garnered multiple awards recognizing its excellence, including Best Urgent Care/Walk-in Clinic by the Dallas Morning News, Finalist status for Best Emergency Care and Best Urgent Care in local media awards, and multiple People’s Choice Awards in the region. The organization has maintained rigorous focus on quality and patient experience, earning the Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality (CAUCQ) Specialty Training Commendation, a prestigious recognition that highlights their commitment to specialized clinical training and outstanding patient care.

The Clinical Concierge LMRT role at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is a vital, full-time position based out of the McKinney location, with responsibility for floating across multiple urgent care centers. This role operates on a schedule of three 12-hour shifts weekly, from 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM. As a Clinical Concierge, the incumbent will serve as an essential liaison between the clinical providers and patients, facilitating a seamless healthcare experience by maximizing patient throughput while delivering clinical excellence. The role encompasses a blend of clinical support duties including assisting providers in care and treatments, performing laboratory testing, conducting x-ray examinations, and managing patient registration and discharge processes. The Clinical Concierge is also responsible for collection of payments and ensuring the flow of patients is efficient and satisfactory.

This position demands strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer service-oriented mindset. The Clinical Concierge is expected to demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, diplomacy, and effective decision-making in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key responsibilities involve collecting and documenting vital patient information such as medical histories, allergies, and current medications using the EPIC electronic medical record system; performing diagnostic x-rays with proficiency in chest, extremities, skull, and spine imaging; assisting with clinical procedures such as laceration repairs and application of orthopedic devices; and responding appropriately to urgent and emergency situations including basic life support activities.

Further, successful candidates benefit from comprehensive orientation and continuous learning opportunities, including earning 20 contact hours during training that can be applied towards renewing medical assistant certifications. Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care offers an enriching work environment with a supportive team culture, strong unit-based councils, and outstanding career growth prospects. The organization fosters nursing education, research, and innovations in practice to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

In addition to its professional environment, Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care provides competitive employee benefits such as medical and dental insurance, 401k retirement plans, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness programs, paid time off, and flexible spending accounts. This role aligns with a mission-driven organization that values teamwork, patient-centered care, and continual professional development, making it an excellent opportunity for LMRT and medical assistant professionals seeking to advance their clinical careers in urgent care settings.
