Designed and staffed with the specific healthcare needs of North Texans in mind, this urgent care center specializes in offering prompt, high-quality medical attention for a multitude of minor illnesses and injuries such as allergies, earaches, sprains, and strains. It operates 365 days a year with extended hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing accessible and efficient healthcare services with minimal wait times and the convenience of on-site medication dispensation for most patients. Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care prides itself on its commitment to excellence, backed by numerous prestigious recognitions such as Best Urgent Care/Walk-in Clinic awards and various Reader's Choice accolades across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The role of Clinical Concierge LMRT at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care, specifically based at the Weatherford location, is a vital position aimed at enhancing the consumer experience within their urgent care clinics. This full-time position involves working a flexible schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, covering hours from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m., with the opportunity and requirement to float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations to meet operational needs.
As a Clinical Concierge LMRT, you will be responsible for guiding patients and their accompanying guests through their urgent care visits—ensuring a seamless journey through registration, clinical examination, diagnostic testing, and discharge. Your duties will encompass a broad range of clinical and administrative functions including patient registration, payment collection, vital sign measurement, medical history documentation, laboratory testing, medication administration, assisting providers during clinical procedures, and performing licensed medical radiologic technology (LMRT) duties such as diagnostic x-rays within the scope of practice.
You will play a critical role in patient flow management, upholding safety protocols, maintaining clinical competencies, and ensuring the quality assurance of services provided. The role demands professional and empathetic interaction to build trust and rapport with patients, excellent judgment, strong decision-making skills, and a dedication to maintaining patient dignity and comfort while adhering to all regulatory and clinical standards.
This position also offers significant professional development opportunities. The Clinical Concierge team benefits from a robust training environment recognized by the Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality Specialty Training Commendation. During orientation, employees have the chance to earn 20 continuing education contact hours which can be applied toward renewing medical assistant certification. Furthermore, Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care provides a supportive and collaborative workplace culture, fostering growth and innovation in clinical practice.
Employees enjoy an extensive benefits package including 401k retirement savings plans, paid time off, medical and dental insurance, paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness programs. This comprehensive offering underscores Texas Health's commitment to the professional and personal wellbeing of its workforce.
