The role of Clinic Services Specialist at Legacy Health represents a vital front-line position where you will serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. This role is also known as Clinic Receptionist or Patient Access Specialist and involves a dynamic range of responsibilities critical to smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experience. Your day-to-day duties will include scheduling patient appointments accurately, verifying insurance information, assisting with patient registration, managing co-pay collections, and balancing daily or weekly deposits. Additionally, you will support front-office operations, help resolve patient inquiries, and assist with limited coding and charge entry tasks, providing an essential resource for both patients and medical staff.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of healthcare experience or equivalent education preferred
- familiarity with admitting, medical records, or clerical support
- knowledge of medical terminology
- strong communication skills
- keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems
- BLS certification preferred
