  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year of healthcare experience or equivalent education in admitting, medical records, health information, or clerical support
  • familiarity with medical terminology
  • strong communication skills
  • keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
  • ability to prioritize and handle complex tasks with discretion
  • self-directed and able to take initiative
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to mentor others
  • preferably BLS certification

Job Qualifications
