Job Duties

  • perform patient check-in and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with clinic policies
  • answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • schedule appointments according to office guidelines
  • obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts
  • copy or scan patient access materials into electronic medical records
  • prepare charts for patient appointments ensuring all information is complete
  • conduct patient check-out including pricing services, collecting payments, and scheduling follow-ups
  • perform record filing and assist with registration documentation filing in electronic medical records
