This job opportunity is for a full-time Clinic Coordinator position at the Coalition clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska, under Beacon OHSS, a division of International SOS. The Clinic Coordinator's responsibilities include managing front desk operations, responding to patient inquiries promptly, scheduling appointments, and ensuring proper clinic check-in and check-out processes. They will support clinical staff by maintaining patient records' quality assurance and assist in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The role emphasizes professional conduct, cost containment, and a commitment to continuous improvement through collaboration with special teams and committees. - High school education required
- intermediate computer skills with prior experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office programs preferred
- previous experience working in a front desk/ office receptionist position
