Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the state
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting providing security services

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage crisis situations
- Basic knowledge of applicable safety laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe treatment and working environment
- Inspect the clinic's interior to ensure that it is presentable, safe, and secure
- Inspect the clinic's surroundings and parking lot to ensure that it is secure and that no current threat or nuisance exists, as well as ensure that all staff and patient vehicles are parked in designated spaces
- Conduct walkthroughs of the inside and outside of the clinic on an hourly basis
- Monitor and report any illicit activities in and around the clinics
- Ensure efficient patient pedestrian and vehicular traffic in and around the clinic
- Ensure great customer service
