Job Description

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a prominent and rapidly growing leader in addiction treatment services, known for its dedication to transforming the lives of individuals, families, and communities nationwide. With a presence across the United States, the organization positively impacts more than 30,000 patients daily by providing comprehensive and accessible treatment programs tailored to meet each patient’s needs. Pinnacle Treatment Centers operates with a clear mission to remove all barriers to recovery, aiming to create a healthier society where communities can heal and thrive. They emphasize employee growth and engagement, offering a supportive environment that fosters professional development alongside personal job satisfaction.

This role is a part-time Clinic Concierge/Security position within Pinnacle Treatment Centers, offering competitive salaries and a full benefits package including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth. The position operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:15 AM to 12:15 PM, and Saturdays from 5:15 AM to 9:45 AM. The primary responsibility of the Clinic Concierge is to provide a safe and welcoming environment to patients, staff, and visitors alike, ensuring that all aspects of the clinic’s security and service delivery align with Pinnacle’s core mission. The position requires at least one year of experience in security services, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle crisis and crowd control situations effectively.

In this role, you will oversee the safety and security of the clinic’s interior and exterior areas including parking lots and patient waiting rooms, conducting hourly walkthroughs and promptly reporting any suspicious or dangerous activity. The Clinic Concierge acts as both a security officer and a frontline representative who greets patients warmly, assists in maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and supports the front office during periods of understaffing by handling tasks such as answering phones, checking in patients, and managing filing duties. This role plays a vital part in crisis response, following all regulatory requirements and participating in clinic drills to prepare for emergencies.

Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and security protocols, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record to facilitate company-related travel, and ideally have experience working in healthcare security and de-escalation techniques. The Clinic Concierge contributes to the mission of Pinnacle Treatment Centers by ensuring a secure, efficient, and caring clinic environment where patients feel valued and supported throughout their recovery journey.
