The Client Services Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations and management of various service areas including food provision, maintenance assistance, and cleaning services. Additionally, the Client Services Manager ensures that safety regulations, sanitation standards, and compliance policies are strictly followed to provide a safe environment for clients, customers, and employees. They manage the budget, revenue, and cost controls related to food, beverage, labor, and other operational expenses. By implementing efficient operational practices, the Manager optimizes productivity and achieves food and labor targets.

This position also involves active participation in sales processes and contract negotiations to support business expansion. The Client Services Manager plays a critical role in maintaining inventory systems, quality control, and staff recruitment and retention. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, along with experience in food service management, preferably in K-12 or similar student nutrition settings. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred, as is experience managing financial controls and budgets.
