CSC is currently seeking Client Service Representatives to join our remote teams based in Hawaii. This role is part of our Annual Reports and Corporate teams, providing a meaningful opportunity for professionals with a background in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries to transition into a dynamic business-to-business service environment. This full-time, remote position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with options for shifts from 6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm HST, with training hours set from 6am to 3pm HST. The salary range for this role is approximately $50,000 to $60,000 per year, providing competitive compensation aligned with experience and location.

As a Client Service Representative at CSC, you will play a critical role in supporting our corporate clients by addressing their needs and concerns efficiently and professionally. You will be the primary point of contact for businesses, handling inquiries, fulfilling requests, and ensuring a smooth workflow that meets customers' timeframes and demands. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Duties

  • Build relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
  • Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
  • Organize workflow to meet customers' timeframes and demands
  • Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately
  • Recommend process improvements where applicable
  • Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and proactively offering appropriate services
