Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- confidence handling a multi-line phone system and scheduling software
- comfort interacting with pet owners and veterinary professionals
- strong multitasking and attention to detail
- familiarity with Cornerstone or similar systems is a plus
- a calm, compassionate demeanor especially during emotional client moments
- a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Greet clients by phone or in person with warmth and professionalism
- schedule appointments and provide accurate follow-up communication
- coordinate medication refills and liaise with clinical teams for timely updates
- assist with billing, payments, and insurance questions
- update patient records, manage data entry, and ensure accurate client information
- answer a high volume of calls with a calm, helpful, and solutions-focused approach
- support both front desk and back-office administrative workflows
- provide compassionate support to pet owners during sensitive conversations
