We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Business Licensing team at CSC. This role is an on-site position based in Lewisville, TX, Tallahassee, FL, or Springfield, IL, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for directly connecting with CSC's clients—primarily other businesses—to provide effective solutions to their business licensing needs. This position requires a proactive individual who is energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Client Service Representatives at CSC are empowered to address and resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience that supports the clients' business goals.
This role involves building strong client relationships to understand unique customer needs, responding promptly to inquiries via phone or electronic communication, and managing the flow of requests to meet established deadlines. Additionally, the individual in this position will navigate multiple databases efficiently, recommend improvements to processes, and play a key role in maintaining and growing existing customer accounts by delivering outstanding service and identifying opportunities for additional company services. Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities are provided, allowing clients service professionals at CSC to continually develop their skills and advance their careers.
