Job Requirements
- Hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- perform all job duties from within the state of Wisconsin
- have 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
- possess strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- committed to building a long-term career in client service
- comply with registration requirements for all US states and territories
- US work authorization without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
- strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills
- ability to take initiative and accountability
- passion for helping others
- desire to build client service expertise
- active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
Job Duties
- Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with financial inquiries
- lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems
- help uncover client needs
- provide timely and accurate solutions
- collaborate with internal departments on strategic initiatives to improve client and crew experience
