Job Requirements

  • Experience in cashiering, customer service, balancing or related areas
  • Basic understanding of math and banking operations
  • Strong balancing and customer service skills
  • Availability Monday through Saturday

  • Solid balancing and customer service skills
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs

Job Duties

  • Process debit and credit transactions accurately in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain an acceptable balancing record
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, activating ATM cards, conducting money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments
  • Resolve clients' problems through direct action or referral to appropriate branch or bank resources
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell banking opportunities by exploring client needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
