Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of client or customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of financial services and brokerage regulations preferred
  • Willingness to pursue Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with career goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build client and internal relationships
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of client or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
  • Ability to handle client needs tactfully and diplomatically
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and client account rules
  • Willingness to become a Notary if required

Job Duties

  • Assist Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager with daily operational tasks
  • Deliver high-quality client service with tact and diplomacy
  • Manage multiple client needs simultaneously
  • Build and maintain effective cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Understand brokerage regulations affecting client accounts
  • Support client service excellence to achieve branch goals
  • Potentially serve as a Notary and handle related client documentation
