Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of client or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Basic knowledge of financial services and brokerage regulations preferred
- Willingness to pursue Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with career goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build client and internal relationships
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of client or customer service experience
- Previous experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
- Ability to handle client needs tactfully and diplomatically
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Willingness to become a Notary if required
