Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, client services, or administrative role preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for client service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Must be willing to obtain notary credentials after hire
- This is an in-office non-remote position
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Qualifications

- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete accurate, thorough work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and manage fluctuating workloads while multitasking effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking initiative when needed
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome prospective and existing clients with professionalism and warmth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the San Diego office
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound phone calls, routing inquiries appropriately
- Provide timely assistance and support to clients, addressing questions and handling requests
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support duties including ordering supplies and stocking the breakroom
- Support Financial Advisors and clients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Assist the Operations team with processing paperwork, scanning documents, and managing and updating client files
- Provide logistical and administrative support for client-facing classes, workshops, and events
