We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Experience Concierges. This fully remote role centers on assisting clients in planning and booking customized travel itineraries. The position requires expertly researching travel options, coordinating arrangements, and managing various aspects of clients' trips, including flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours. Client Experience Concierges act as trusted advisors who assess client preferences and budgets to recommend suitable travel options.

In this role, individuals will provide professional support to clients before, during, and after their travels, ensuring smooth and hassle-free experiences. The position involves resolving any client concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating closely with team members and suppliers, and participating actively in training and professional development opportunities. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time remote work and includes access to industry benefits and travel perks. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Research, plan, and coordinate customized travel itineraries

  • resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally
