The position requires expertly researching travel options, coordinating arrangements, and managing various aspects of clients' trips, including flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours. Client Experience Concierges act as trusted advisors who assess client preferences and budgets to recommend suitable travel options.
In this role, individuals will provide professional support to clients before, during, and after their travels, ensuring smooth and hassle-free experiences. The position involves resolving any client concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating closely with team members and suppliers, and participating actively in training and professional development opportunities.
