Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, hospitality, marketing, or admin roles
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, hospitality, marketing, or admin roles (financial services experience a plus)
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
  • tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion

Job Duties

  • be the main point of contact for client inquiries and scheduling
  • assist with onboarding new clients and support their use of the Ameriprise Secure Site and app
  • coordinate our client WOW program, gifting, milestones, and appreciation events
  • manage the client service model and track key touchpoints and referrals
  • maintain our Salesforce CRM and ensure timely follow-up and communication
  • help design and maintain branded materials and presentation templates
  • develop and manage client referral pipelines, including CPA/attorney/prospect lists
  • draft communications and email campaigns for client segments
  • assist with planning and executing engaging client events and marketing strategies
  • manage compliance tracking and internal workflows
  • look for opportunities to improve processes and boost team efficiency
  • support the operations manager and advisors with key administrative tasks
