Job Description
PwC, also known as PricewaterhouseCoopers, is one of the world's leading professional services firms, providing audit, assurance, consulting, and tax services to a wide range of clients across the globe. With a robust global network and a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and integrity, PwC is committed to helping businesses navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities in an ever-evolving market. The company operates in numerous industries and sectors, making it a versatile and dynamic place to work. PwC fosters a culture of continuous learning and development, inclusivity, and collaboration, promoting an environment where employees are encouraged to grow their careers while contributing meaningful value to clients and communities.
Within PwC's business services and support functions, the role of assistants and office support personnel is critical to ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations. These individuals provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives and teams, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The role demands a proactive, organized, and adaptable approach, as well as strong communication skills to maintain effective internal and external relationships.
As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services Generalist team, successful candidates will work both virtually and on-site at offices or client locations, supporting the dynamic needs of a professional services environment. The opportunity is designed for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and able to anticipate the requirements of others to provide timely and appropriate support. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools, alongside emerging mobile and virtual technologies, to deliver efficient and modern administrative services.
In this role, you will be expected to take ownership of your professional growth by continuously upskilling yourself and sharing best practices. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities efficiently, tailoring your communication style to diverse audiences, and collaborating effectively with team members across various settings. You will also contribute to creating a positive and supportive work culture by embodying PwC's values of professionalism, accountability, and respect.
The salary range for this position varies between $35,500 and $109,120, with residents of Washington state potentially earning up to $124,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, and location, complemented by eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401k plan, paid holidays, vacation, and personal and family sick leave, supporting the overall well-being of its employees.
PwC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity. The company respects all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, disability, genetic information (including family medical history), veteran status, marital or citizenship status, or any other legally protected factors.
By joining PwC, you become part of a forward-thinking and supportive team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering an engaging workplace environment where employees are empowered to develop their potential and contribute to global success.
