The Client Concierge role at It’s A Secret Med Spa is essential to upholding the company’s high standards of client care and operational efficiency. This position acts as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptionally welcoming and professional atmosphere both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations such as checking patients in and out, answering calls, overseeing inventory, and maintaining a spotless and inviting environment. The Client Concierge assists providers and management with scheduling, appointment book maintenance, and seamless management of the point-of-sale (POS) system to ensure accurate client and employee records. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail while fostering a warm and engaging experience for every client.

Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience of at least one year
- flexible schedule with ability to work weekends
- previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- high level of integrity and strong ethical foundation
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push or pull up to 50 lbs
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- excellent communication skills
- enthusiastic and energetic personality
- ability to multitask and manage front desk operations
- working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- willingness to perform other duties as assigned
