The role of a Laser Technician at It’s A Secret Med Spa is critical in delivering the high-quality services that define the brand. As a Laser Technician, you will provide exceptional service by performing various laser and aesthetic treatments that help clients meet their skincare and beauty goals. You will work closely with mid-level providers to ensure seamless client care and may assist in training peers and new hires to maintain high company standards.

Responsibilities include performing services such as laser hair removal, photo-facials, derma-planning, microneedling with or without PRP, facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, and body contouring treatments like CoolSculpting. You will develop customized client-centered plans, conduct full aesthetic consultations, and maintain an elite, clean, and organized workspace. The role requires adherence to strict medical protocols, including compliance with state regulations, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards set by the company. Your professionalism and appearance contribute to the upscale atmosphere of the spa. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, accurate charting, continued education, and active participation in team meetings. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ethical standards, excellent judgment, problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
