Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing
- Medical Esthetician License issued by the State
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends
- Must possess strong knowledge of laser and skin treatment procedures
- Ability to self-promote on company social media within guidelines
- Understand HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including reaching above shoulder height, crawling, kneeling, and lifting or pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- Strong ethical foundation and high level of integrity
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing
- Medical Esthetician License issued by the State
- Strong and extensive knowledge of laser and skin treatment procedures
- Knowledge of esthetician practices and medical practice management
- Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media according to guidelines
- Understanding of patient/client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation
- Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to clientele to enhance customer satisfaction
- Perform job duties within the scope of practice under issued licenses/certifications
- Work closely with Mid-Level Providers as needed for client care
- Assist in training peers and new hires to ensure company standards
- Maintain strict medical protocols for all laser services regarding state regulation and HIPAA compliance
- Maintain professional neat appearance and adhere to approved dress code
- Perform laser services including laser hair removal and photo-facials
- Perform aesthetic services such as derma-planning, SkinPen microneedling with and without PRP, facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial
- Perform body contouring services including CoolSculpting
- Provide client-centered customized plans to meet skin care needs through services, product sales, and treatments
- Conduct full aesthetic consultations to meet clients’ short and long-term aesthetic goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work and treatment area
- Assist with inventory management and communicate needs to management
- Ensure accurate and timely charting of client appointments and experiences
- Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management
- Participate in team meetings and provide input
- Report client concerns promptly to Senior Laser Technician, Manager, Mid-Level Provider, and Operations Manager
