Interwoven Family Wealth is a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, located in Riverside, CA. The Client Concierge role at Interwoven Family Wealth is a full-time, in-person position based in Riverside. This role is designed for individuals with a hospitality or high-touch client service background who can serve as an ambassador for the firm’s brand and significantly enhance the overall client experience. The Client Concierge acts as the first point of contact for clients, warmly greeting and welcoming visitors while ensuring a seamless and professional interaction throughout each visit.
This position holds a pivotal role in managing client interactions and coordinating the office environment to ensure smooth operations. The Client Concierge is responsible for scheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointments, managing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and providing concierge-style support that anticipates client needs. Additionally, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as meeting preparation, document management, CRM updates, and supporting special initiatives or client events.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and thrive in a relationship-focused environment. This position offers starting compensation ranging from $26.50 to $31.25 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with bonus opportunities based on performance. As a non-exempt role, it requires onsite attendance at the Riverside office. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality guest services client-facing roles or similar high-touch service environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work on-site in Riverside CA

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in the office ensuring a professional and warm environment
- Manage scheduling and coordinate client meetings and appointments
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone email and in-person visits
- Provide concierge-style service anticipating client needs and delivering timely solutions
- Support the advisory team with meeting preparation document organization and follow-up
- Assist with practice workflows including client communications and coordination of special initiatives
- Oversee the firm’s digital presence by managing website updates and social media activity ensuring consistent branding timely content and a professional client-facing image
