  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality guest services client-facing roles or similar high-touch service environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Riverside CA

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in the office ensuring a professional and warm environment
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate client meetings and appointments
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone email and in-person visits
  • Provide concierge-style service anticipating client needs and delivering timely solutions
  • Support the advisory team with meeting preparation document organization and follow-up
  • Assist with practice workflows including client communications and coordination of special initiatives
  • Oversee the firm’s digital presence by managing website updates and social media activity ensuring consistent branding timely content and a professional client-facing image
