The Client Concierge role at It's A Secret Med Spa embodies the frontline of client interaction and patient intake, playing a crucial role in creating positive and memorable experiences for clients from the moment they arrive. This position is key in managing the day-to-day operations at the front desk while supporting the med spa providers and management team. The Client Concierge warmly greets clients in person and over the phone, providing essential knowledge about the comprehensive range of services offered, such as injectables and laser treatments. Responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling appointment scheduling, overseeing inventory and supply stocking, and maintaining a professional and clean environment throughout the facility. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly and energetic approach, strong multitasking ability, and a commitment to patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations. Additionally, the Client Concierge must be comfortable using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft applications, have flexibility to work weekends, and be capable of physical tasks including prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of previous customer service experience
  • flexible schedule with availability to work weekends
  • previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
  • ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
  • ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • physical ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • must adhere to company policies and procedures
  • willing to perform other duties as assigned
