Job Requirements

work authorization in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
flexible availability including nights, weekends and event days
reliable transportation to and from venue
adherence to company policies and procedures
good physical stamina and endurance
willingness to follow safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
ability to comply with safety and hygiene standards
strong attention to detail
effective communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
commitment to customer service and sustainability efforts

Job Duties

day to day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site
comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms
keep all guest facing areas free of trash
restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
ensure venue and outbuildings are cleaned and stocked before gates open
ensure site and outbuildings stay clean and stocked during events
participate in the venue's sustainability program including waste sorting and recycling
partner with staff to close venue after shows including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
perform additional tasks as requested by management
