Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
1-3 years of relevant work experience
ability to pass a drug test
ability to pass a routine background check
strong attention to detail
capacity to take direction
ability to work under minimal supervision
willingness to work late night shifts
physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
physically capable of standing for up to eight hours
physically capable of kneeling and lifting arms overhead
physically able to carry a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds
physically capable of pushing an upright vacuum
ability to work with cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
1-3 years of cleaning or janitorial experience
ability to pass a drug test
ability to pass a routine background check
strong attention to detail
capacity to take direction
ability to work well under minimal supervision
willingness to work late night shifts
good physical stamina and ability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties

clean designated building or facility areas including dusting sweeping vacuuming mopping trash removal and restroom maintenance
work collaboratively with a team of cleaning professionals
follow directions and maintain attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
operate vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment
maintain a clean and safe working environment
demonstrate reliability and punctuality
