We are currently seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our AWESOME team. This is a pivotal role designed to ensure that our fitness facilities remain in pristine condition, contributing directly to the health and safety of every member and guest who walks through our doors. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment across various areas, including entryways, locker rooms, weight and cardio floors, group fitness studios, and miscellaneous facility spaces. Your role will not only involve routine cleaning tasks but also lots of attention to detail, such as dusting equipment, wiping down high-touch surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues that might affect the customer experience.

The position demands a high level of responsibility, physical stamina, and a friendly, professional demeanor, as you will often engage directly with members and team members alike. Your work will play a crucial part in upholding FITWORKS’ reputation for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
