Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and walk for at least 8 continuous hours
- must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds for extended periods
- frequent physical activity such as pushing pulling bending and lifting

Job Duties
- perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property
- clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks toilets mirrors and floors
- clean and disinfect kitchen areas
- wipe and disinfect surfaces in rooms including furniture equipment partitions walls doors baseboards and décor
- vacuum carpets clean floors rugs furniture and curtains
- empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage
- report any broken or malfunctioning equipment furniture or fixtures to maintenance or management
- perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management
