Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- have at least 2 years of customer service experience
- have at least 1 year of cleaning experience
- ability to use electronic devices such as IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices to access and interpret information
- effective communication skills both in-person and electronically
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances such as FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal as applicable
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform tasks that may require bending, stretching, crawling, crouching, climbing, and working in noisy or biohazard-containing environments

- 1 year of cleaning experience
- ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal as applicable
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift up to 70 pounds
- capable of prolonged standing and walking
- able to perform physical tasks like bending, stretching, crawling, crouching, and climbing
- able to work in environments with moderate to high noise levels and exposure to biohazards and chemicals
Job Duties
- Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to aircraft and airport locations based on operational needs
- manage and monitor cleaning schedules to ensure timely and efficient task completion
- prioritize cleaning assignments according to urgency and flight turnaround requirements
- communicate effectively with cleaning teams and other airport departments
- ensure all cleaning operations comply with airport safety and security regulations
- troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve crew deployment issues as they arise
- exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- perform any additional duties as assigned by management
