The Cleaning Attendant (Overnight) role at Crunch Fitness, part of the Undefeated Tribe group, is a pivotal position focused on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards during the overnight shift. The club is located at 7515 SE 15th Street, Midwest City, OK. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, the cleaning attendant ensures that the fitness club’s environment remains spotless, welcoming, safe, and healthy for both team members and club members. This role involves managing daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists to keep the gym facilities, amenities, and equipment in pristine, "like-new" condition.

This job offers part-time and full-time hourly positions with compensation ranging from $12 to $14 per hour. It demands a high level of attention to detail and passion for cleanliness and service quality. The cleaning attendant will be the visible face of hospitality during overnight hours, greeting members and guests warmly and ensuring a well-organized workspace. Duties will also include adherence to the cleaning playbook, operating with urgency to meet cleaning deadlines, and occasionally providing knowledge about the Crunch brand to members as needed. Given the physical nature of the role, employees must be able to handle tasks that involve frequent lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds and sustain prolonged standing or bending throughout their shift. CPR/AED certification is required and can be attained within 30 days of hire. Although there are no formal education requirements, experience in a service-oriented environment or cleaning services is preferred to ensure readiness for the role.
