Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
physical capacity to walk continuously for an eight-hour shift with breaks
ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions with provided gear
must be able to speak, read, and write English
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to carry and use necessary tools and equipment
must maintain professionalism and comply with company policies and regulations

Job Qualifications

Ability to speak, read, and write English to create basic reports
strong communication and observational skills
prior experience in maintenance, custodial, or similar outdoor roles preferred
customer service experience is a plus
physical ability to walk and perform manual tasks for an eight-hour shift
able to use smartphone for reporting
professionalism and positive attitude

Job Duties

Manual litter collection throughout assigned zone
remove graffiti and unauthorized posters from public infrastructure
pull isolated weeds from sidewalks, tree wells, and vacant lots
damp wipe and straighten horizontal surfaces like trash can lids and news boxes
observe for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to Safety Ambassadors
provide friendly hospitality and customer service by greeting pedestrians and offering information
create written reports including broken infrastructure and daily accomplishments
