Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience recommended
- physically capable to perform cleaning tasks including operating scrubber and buffer
- ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- able to follow company policies and procedures

- retail customer experience preferred
Job Duties
- Operate the scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness
- perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming duties
- dust and spot clean glass and windows
- adhere to all operational and loss prevention standards
- maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store including Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms
- ensure health and safety compliance including refilling essential items
- cross-train and support other store areas such as Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor
- respond to Front End coverage needs
- uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- participate in store recovery activities as needed
- communicate effectively with management and associates
- adhere to labor laws and associate meal and break policies
- maintain a safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned
