- able to perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, kitchen, bathroom and floor cleaning
- ability to walk up and down stairs
- ability to lift 30 lbs chest high
- ability to reach from floor to tops of doors
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to dust small items without breakage
- ability to communicate pleasantly with clients and co-workers
- ability to work in a team setting
- be honest and dependable
- must read, write and speak English
- team leads and assistant team leads must possess valid drivers license and insurance
- must be a team player
